Strength Training

Just as with people, interval training can be a great way to assist with fitness conditioning as well as weight loss efforts. Alternating between a fast paced jog and walking is great for cardiovascular endurance and fat burning. We work with various exercise equipment in our gym and treatment rooms to customize a strength-training regimen and home exercise program for our patients.
